FASHION NEWS!!

Galliano’s Suspended from Dior

In what may be the swiftest action ever taken by a fashion house, Dior’s suspended their Creative Director John Galliano over an incident that took place in Paris last night.
The designer, whose alcohol level was at 1.01 milligrams of alcohol per liter of air when the police arrested him, was accused of verbal assault. He allegedly hurled anti-Semitic remarks against a couple in a cafe.
It was announced yesterday that Galliano’s making Kate Moss’ wedding dress, and the designer’s also set to present two collections at Paris fashion week, which starts Tuesday—both his own ready-to-wear and Dior’s—making this a very bad time to a) get arrested and b) be suspended from Dior.
